SHIPPING/RETURNS

Full sets and individual tags ship within 3-5 business days of an order being placed. Due to the serialized nature of the full sets, and the variability of the tags you may receive, there are no returns on full sets.

Domestic shipping is USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping is USPS First Class. Expedited DHL shipping is also offered for international orders. 

Returns for any reason must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of the product arriving at your address. There is a 15% restocking fee for any return unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Each tag is unique and the product photos represent examples of how your tag may look. Your tag may look different from the pictures; either by a little or by a lot.
